NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CENTRAL WEBER SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF FEE INCREASE AND FY 2027 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Central Weber Sewer Improvement District intends to consider an increase the fees for sewer service provided by the District and will hold a public hearing for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the proposed increase of sewer fees and to explain the reasons for the proposed increase. The proposed increase will be 8% for service fees and 39% for septic hauling.
Notice is further given that the Board of Trustees of Central Weber Sewer Improvement District will hold a public hearing on the FY 2027 Budget tentatively adopted; and give interested persons in attendance an opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the FY 2027 Budget. The FY 2027 Budget adopted by the Board will be available for public inspection at the District Office during normal business hours at least 7 days before the public hearing.
Both Public Hearings will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The location of the Hearings will be at Central Weber Sewer Improvement District’s Offices which are located at 2618 West Pioneer Road, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah.
